Sunset Beach Reservation Policy Reservation & Deposit Policy:
A deposit of 50% of the cabin stay is required.
A reservation is not confirmed until a deposit is received. The deposit is applied to the total amount of the confirmed reservation.
Check-In, Check-Out:
Check-in time is after 2:00 p.m. Check-out time is before 9:00 a.m. We need this time to properly prepare the cabins and we sincerely thank our guests for leaving tidy cabins!
Policies:
- All cabins are housekeeping
- Comforters and pillows provided, please bring your own linens and bath rug for shower
- Bring your own paper products and towels and soap for kitchen and bathroom
- All cabins are Smoke-Free. (smoking is allowed on grounds)
- Sorry, No Wave Runners/Jetskis (Personal Watercraft)
- Sorry, No pets. (Guests, please inform your visitors of this policy. Kennel facilities located within 10 miles of the resort)
- Rates subject to Minnesota State sales tax
- $15/person day visitor fee and visitors must register
