Located in a quiet bay on the East side of Big Pine Lake, Sunset Beach offers quaint lakeside and lakeview cabins. We have a beautiful sandy beach, oak and white pine trees, basketball hoop, tennis court and sand volleyball court, prairie grass and wildflower gardens, three garden labyrinths and STUNNING SUNSETS.
George’s parents, Joe and Sadie, made Sunset Beach their life’s work and now we are, too! Many of our customers return annually for time together and we are into the 5th generation with some families!!!
Minnesota resorts are a special and an increasingly “rare find”. We were honored to have been featured on Minnesota Bound with Ron Scharra. The program captured the spirit of our 77 year old resort as we and our customers value the beauty of nature and renewing time away from the details of daily life. We welcome vacationers, fisherpeople, birders, book readers,group retreats, nature and labyrinth enthusiasts.
