On these cold January days, it’s nice to remember the sound of waves lapping on the shore, loons on the lake, and the radiant colors in the sky at sunset time. Summer is just around the corner!

Summer 2015

Last night we observed in the Western sky, an intense brightness in the clouds from the setting of the moon and a fiery red glow on the horizon with the setting of the sun….and then the loons began to call~  Wow!  Many more spectacular nature moments are ahead in the summer of 2015.
